How we use cookies
We use cookies so that we can evaluate our website and make sure it remains relevant and functional for anyone visiting it. How we handle personal data
In the first instance, we collect personal data directly from the customer or jobseeker. Your name, address, and contact details such as your phone number and email address are examples of personal data that we may collect.
We may record your personal data:
- If you contact us by email, over the phone or via the website.
- When you fill out a form to contact us, a spare parts order or for an application for an internship or job.
- Cookies are stored automatically when you visit our website.
By filling out a consent form on our website, you agree that your personal data may be used for personal follow-up by one of our sales representatives.
Your rights and choices
You have rights when it comes to your personal data, and you have the opportunity to influence your information and what is saved. Arje Lifting Systems AB will correct any information that is found to be incorrect, at our own initiative or the initiative of the customer. You can also request at any time that your data be erased or that its use be restricted by contacting us (see “How to contact us” for our contact details). If you feel that we are not respecting your rights, you are welcome to contact us or get in touch with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy@imy.se).
You can contact us at any time to inform us that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us.
You can obtain information about the personal data we hold about you by requesting what is known as a register extract in writing – this can be done free of charge once a year.
